We’re reaching out to let you know that the transition from the Viewpoint Support Portal to the BuildingPoint Help Centre is now complete. From now on, all Jobpac, Team, Field View and VFP Support and Professional Services requests should be submitted through the new Help Centre.
What’s Changed
– The Viewpoint Support Portal is no longer monitored for new support requests
– All new cases must be submitted via the BuildingPoint Help Centre
What’s Coming Soon
We’re expanding the Help Centre with:
– Updated guides
– Product-specific resources
– Troubleshooting articles
These improvements are designed to help your team find answers faster and get
the most out of Jobpac Connect, Field View and Viewpoint for Projects.
Important Notes
– Access to the Help Centre is based on your submitted user list
– Only users added by our Support Admin or your Customer Success Manager will be able to log tickets
– New user requests must come from a Full Access user to maintain security
– You can still access the Viewpoint portal for past cases and knowledge base content, but new cases will not be actioned there
